Märsta Bilrikning AB in Måby have been using PPG products for the last 10 years – and ProcessManager, PPG’s digital planning tool for workshops, for about 8 years.
When starting up the company back in 1973, the focus was only on Bodywork / Panelbeating and paint. In 1993, Märsta Bilrikning expanded with service and spare parts and today employs around 30 people, including 6 panel beaters, 3 painters and 7 mechanics.

ProcessManager makes the daily work easier for everybody
From the beginning, everybody at Märsta Bilrikning was positive and welcomed ProcessManager. Simon Jonsson explains:
“Everybody likes ProcessManager. It is easy to use and makes it so much easier for everybody to do their daily work. Moreover, because of the digital workflow, you pick up easily on any mistakes and anything that was forgotten in the process. It is easy for everybody to communicate with each other by writing messages related to the different jobs directly in the system.
Everything is smoother with ProcessManager: It is easy to see where the cars are in the process; easy to plan and assign the workload.”

Simon continues: “ProcessManager is flexible, and we use the parts that fits our company. It is simple to work with. All the guys on the floor have iPads with ProcessManager and I have ProcessManager on my pc at the office.
I use it every day for planning and checking up on KPIs. It gives you a good overview of your business – and the best part is that there is no more paper floating around anymore. We have everything safely documented in ProcessManager.”
